  1. Grab a small towel or face washer and soak it in steamy, warm water. Ring out the water and place the warm towel over your face covering your nose, cheeks and forehead. When the towel loses warmth, repeat soaking in the water and placing it on your face. Do this for about 2-3 minutes.
  1. Use both your middle fingers to apply firm pressure on the narrowest part of your nose, just between the eyes. You want to squeeze that area on both sides for about 5-10 seconds.
  1. From the narrowest part of your nose, drag the pads of your thumbs up to the eyebrows, applying gentle pressure and following the boney ridge of the eye socket. Do this movement 5 times slowly.
  1. Moving to the space on your forehead just between your eyebrows. Use your middle fingers to drag across and above your eyebrows all the way to your temples. Do this movement 5 times slowly.
  2. Now moving to your cheek bones, using whichever fingers feel most comfortable, you are going to place your fingers just to the side of the nostrils. Then drag down and across following the natural curve of your cheek bone up towards your ears. Do this movement 5 times slowly.
  3. Lastly, at the lowest point of your cheek bones, you are going to press underneath the cheek bone into that deep space and slightly lift upwards, holding for 3-5 seconds.
